Alan is a life coach, mentor, benchmarking consultant, international expert assessor, futurist, and investor. He has facilitated the growth of hundreds of working adults by helping them realise their truest potential. His unique ability lies in being able to help others attain Convergence - where your passion & purpose are maximised.
He led a distinguished career as a senior superintendent of police, adjunct lecturer at Monash University, and a master life-skills trainer at CrossRoads Training Inc. to assist poorer schools in Singapore. He served as the Chief Learning Organisation Facilitator (including personal mastery) for the Singapore Police Force, guiding senior leadership workshops in vision and mission. Alan has mentored others as president of a youth fellowship in Singapore, and as a thriving life group leader in New Zealand. He currently facilitates a Christian prophetic group with his wife Cheryl called 'Kingdom Connection' with about 20 associates. Its focus is on learning about the prophetic and growing in spiritual intelligence.
